Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  To be eligible for a return, items must: Be in their original packaging Remain unused, unworn, and free from any marks or labels. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you receive incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue. Approved returns will be issued store credit, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After 30 days, store credit will expire. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS does not provide any form of credit, such as net 30 terms.
