1. Payment Terms

1.1 Domestic Orders For customers in the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska, we accept credit card payments.

1.2 International Orders and U.S. Territories For international orders and orders from U.S. territories and providences, we do not accept credit cards. Instead, we accept payments via PayPal, wire transfers, or Western Union.

2. Return Policy

2.1 General Policy All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and free from any marks or labels.

2.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Store credit will be issued for returns approved within this period. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After 30 days, store credit will expire and cannot be used.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances. Merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange beyond the 7-day period if the item is in working condition. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2.4 Incorrect Merchandise If you receive incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receipt.

3. Credit Terms

DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS does not offer any form of credit, such as net 30 terms.

4. Sales Tax

If a reseller's permit or certificate cannot be provided, sales tax will be applied to the order.

5. Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For first-time orders, please allow additional time for processing. Shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, availability, and other factors.
